ingredients:
2 tomato's
1 large onion
1 teaspoon dried basil
fresh basil
olive oil
3 pieces of bread
parmesan cheese
Step 1. lay bread onto baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and then sprinkle some parmesan on each slice then bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy

Step 2. mix together chopped tomato, diced onion, basil along with a good glug of olive oil salt and pepper Then use your hands to mix it all together
(excuse the mess, i got a little creative in the kitchen..will put up the cake recipe you see there next time)
Step 3. Spoon mix onto toasted bread.

I was actually thinking of this earlier today and I never tried making Bruschetta because I thought it was just too fancy for my amateur cooking - but this looks yummy and doable! I will be trying this very soon. By the way, your blog is so addicting, I love your writing. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletecertainly not too fancy or tricky i honestly did it while i making dinner at the same time! took about 15 minutes all together.. definitely have a go at my recipe its so yum and easy, let me no how you go :)
ReplyDeleteB this looks delicioussss!!! I havent heard/thought about melting parmesen on it first (my mouth is watering) so am SO going to have to try this. Bruschetta is only one of my favvv entre's ever so thank u for some delicious inspiration :)
